TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether submitting a new TM30 after moving houses will affect their ongoing NON-O visa extension application. Responses indicate that filing a new TM30 should not negatively impact the application, but it's important to ensure that the new address is registered correctly. If the user has moved outside their original immigration office's jurisdiction, they may need to return to their initial office for further processing.

Just throw a spanner in the works, if it’s marriage extension and they come to do a home visit how would that work?

Not a stupid question

Shouldn't affect your under consideration stamp/extension at all.

Go file a new TM30 showing you're now registered as staying at another address.

If you moved out of the province/immigration office jurisdiction where you applied for the extension, you have to go back to the office where you first applied for the extension to get it inked in.
