So I landed in Phuket 24 hours ago and I still haven't received my PCR test result. I'm starting to get concerned. I thought it might be because I hadn't installed the Morchana app but I just did, and all I can see is I'm a "medium risk", nothing else. Anyone else had to wait more than 24 hours to get their first test results, they send them by email, right? I was told 8 hours max yesterday...

TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler in Phuket expressed concerns about not receiving their PCR test results within 24 hours. After installing the Morchana app and being designated 'medium risk', they sought advice on the delay. Community members suggested contacting the front desk for updates, confirming that results should typically arrive within five hours and are sent via email. Eventually, the traveler learned the results were available but not communicated promptly, revealing a negative test result.
Usually you have to register on ATGENES, when arrived at airport before taking pcr test, they will give one brochure with barcode on it. After register all result both for 1st and 2nd test will be sent to your email registered when you filling the form.
