Have spent 2 days trying to open TDAC on my Samsung Mobile (cookies enabled) no joy, opens fine on my PC and Laptop, any ideas/suggestions. TIA
Answer summary
The user reports being unable to open the TDAC website on their Samsung mobile despite having cookies enabled, while it works perfectly on their PC and laptop. The comments suggest several solutions, such as checking phone settings, using a different browser (like Firefox), or simply using a laptop for the task and downloading the TDAC PDF to the phone. Some users also recommend downloading the THIM app, which includes access to TDAC.

If it opens fine on your laptop, why insist on doing it on your phone? They email you a confirmation with your QR code anyway. Surely you can open emails on your phone?
When I tried to use my phone to do in at the Nong Khai crossing the Thai IO told me that the system was unstable when using a phone, as others have said use your laptop and download the pdf to your phone.
Noel Hernberger Thanks .... same as my 90 day system ... sometimes it works sometimes doesnt, and a few times I have emailed them and they sent me a different link that also worked for a while then stopped and was given another link that worked for a while, now I just go to immigration ... the front door/portal always works I've found.
Ian May No need. The app works fine NOW. And the big advantage is you can fill out everything in advance except for the health declaration, save it, and the app notifies you when you enter into the 3-day window before your trip. You declare that you’ve not visited a yellow fever country and the app files your TDAC. The response comes almost immediately. If called on to provide the QR code, it’s in the app.
