Not always the case. I am visually impaired (macula degeneration) and used an agent to complete my online application. Even using a 14.6 inch Samsung tablet as my phone, glasses and a high power magnifying glass, I still struggle. Using an agent was my only choice.Dom ********

obviously I don’t know your situation but I would’ve asked a friend or family or carer to do it. You’ve just handed all your personal information over to a someone you don’t know, hope you trust them 🙏
