Can you apply for the DTV visa from the US?

Has anyone applied for the DTV in the US? Or is that not allowed

Asking because one point Trump said something about stopping people from trying to gain visas to other places. I know they can't stop us, but make it harder for approval here

go to your nearest embassy. look up their regulations on their website, email them directly.

the nearest embassy? Each country never has more one more embassy. Also the consulate where you apply in the US depends on where you are not the physical distance.

i was told, in all my research, that i would need to use the chicago location bc of being in OK. why would i go to NY or LA or DC. i was told to contact the closest to me. that was my experience, so i shared it. move along grouch.

I think he is trying to ask if he can apply via the US, while in Thailand. Tricking the system to think he is actually in the US.
