Guys on your experience, for DTV, which Embassy is less restrictive Jakarta or kuala lumpur?
I have heard that in Malaysia they require a notarized bank statement which i won’t be able to provide as i use an online bank
Thanks!
Answer summary
The discussion centers around the experiences of expats seeking to apply for a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) and which embassy, Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur, is less restrictive. One contributor strongly recommends Jakarta over Kuala Lumpur, citing longer processing times and difficulties in approval rates at the Kuala Lumpur embassy, especially regarding the requirement for a notarized bank statement.

Go for jakarta, dont even consider KL.
Process here takes 2 months not 3 weeks! Chances of approval even with the right documents is pretty much zero still
