Which country should I choose to apply for the DTV (Digital Nomad) visa and what are the experiences with the Thai embassy/consulate?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently in Thailand and will need to leave the country in the next few days to apply for the DTV (Digital Nomad) visa from a nearby country.
For those who have successfully applied, which country did you choose and why? I'd love to hear about your personal experience.

You will need a FET certificate for the land office from the bank you transfer the funds into. Another layer of complexity. Without a FET certificate a freehold on the foreign quota condo cannot be obtained.

you can open bank account with the booking fee receipt (normally 100,000 receipt), the banks will happy to open as they get funds, the developer/agent staff will provide documents

Not true. I clarified this in all the banks. They only look at your visa.
