Hi everyone does anyone recommend an agent or agency to get a residence certificate. I work a lot and the agent I used for 90 day is asking me 4000 baht per residence certificate. I’m looking for something at 1k or maybe 1.5k.
Answer summary
An expat is seeking recommendations for agents or agencies that can provide a residence certificate at a lower cost, as their current agent charges 4000 baht. Commenters suggest that this price is high and share their experiences and cheaper alternatives, including obtaining the certificate from immigration services directly (some even for free) and costs around 1000-2000 baht from other locations.

I paid 1k in Chiang Mai for my RC when I nneded one for license and again to transfer bike. 4k seems steep.
Is he charging 4000thb for tm30 receipt and the certificate? If yes, then its normal. If you have the receipt for tm30, then it should be around 1000-2000, I paid 1000 at jomtien didnt want to spend tome in the queue
