TLDR : Answer Summary
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Bangkok is the appropriate place to get the MFA stamp on translated documents. Specifically, you can visit the MFA Legalization Division at 123 Chaeng Watthana Road, 3rd floor. It's recommended to use an accredited translation service; otherwise, your documents may be rejected. Alternatively, you can have your documents stamped by your embassy first, and then access a translation service on the 2nd floor of the MFA building.
