Where can you get ATK test results in Bangkok, if needed for travel to another country? 

Do the pharmacies here not offer this service? Found a hospital that does it, but they charge $2,800 thb. Is there a cheaper place that does the ATK test for travel purposes?

I find it hard to believe anyone is charging 2800 for an antigen test. It sounds like you're quoting the price for a PCR test.

I’m assuming the author of this post is going to Japan. If you didn’t get 3 shots (2 regular + 1 booster) , you (will) need testing before flying to Japan (will because borders fully open on October 11)

Also BKK airport used to have two testing stations on floor 1. I’ve not been there since Sep so assume they’re still there as seen no mention that they aren’t.
