Where can you get ATK test results in Bangkok, if needed for travel to another country? 

Do the pharmacies here not offer this service? Found a hospital that does it, but they charge $2,800 thb. Is there a cheaper place that does the ATK test for travel purposes?

I find it hard to believe anyone is charging 2800 for an antigen test. It sounds like you're quoting the price for a PCR test.

I’m assuming the author of this post is going to Japan. If you didn’t get 3 shots (2 regular + 1 booster) , you (will) need testing before flying to Japan (will because borders fully open on October 11)
