TLDR : Answer Summary
A Dutch national on a Tourist Visa can get a 30-day extension by visiting the immigration office that corresponds to the address on their TM30 receipt.

You need to go to the immigration office that serves the address on your TM30 receipt to apply for 30 days tourism extension.

In case in Bangkok,

IF you were stamped in for 60 days upon your entry to Thailand using pre-purchased actual tourist visa, You are going to go to Chaengwattana Immigration office, Government Complex Building B.

IF you were stamped in for 30 days upon entry without actual visa, You are going to go to IT Square Laksi Plaza temporary office, just next to Lak Si station of SRT Dark Red Line.

Thank you Ellie. I am in Bangkok. And yes, I have an actual 60-day Tourist Visa. So I will go to Chaengwattana ๐Ÿ™‚.
