Hello, could someone clarify for me if we transferred our 800,000 over on April 22 for a 1 year extension of stay based on the Non -O retirement can we go to Immigration (with all of our paperwork) on June 20 (60 days) or is it June 22 (2 months)? Am finding conflicting information. Thanks

Edited - posted March by accident, but sounds like we should wait until June 22nd. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on when they can apply for a one-year extension of stay based on a Non-O retirement visa after transferring 800,000 THB. Comments indicate that the funds need to remain in the account for two calendar months before applying, which aligns with suggestions to wait until June 22, rather than June 20.

it has to be 2 months or over. I was caught 2 days short and they made me do an extension for 1 month before processing the longer visa

It’s two calendar months, not 60 days. Needs to stay in for 3 calendar months afterwards.

As far as I'm aware, the money has to be seasoned for 2 months. So, if you have 90 day already, you can go now. We know someone who had money seasoned already before arrival, they were given extension straight away. And we are at one of the strictest provinces.
