I just read through May 4. May 5 free to travel to and from. Provided there are no new cases in the Pattaya area.

I have spoken to the sailing school and the lockdown only applies to Pattaya main town not the surrounding districts

If you have the paperwork filled out and you have a good reason to enter Pattaya no problem other than a 14 day quarantine and get here before 22:00
