TLDR : Answer Summary
If you cannot renew your COVID-19 visa in November, you have limited options: seek a valid reason for staying longer (like studying or family ties), or request a short extension for a few days which will likely be approved but marked as "denied" for a legal stamp. It's advisable to talk to the immigration office for guidance on your specific situation.

I approved this post, because I can see this question being asked frequently. IF a person is on a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, and the government does NOT extend the extension of stay, then your only options are as follows:

1. Find a valid reason to stay in Thailand. This includes studying, raising half-Thai children, being married to a Thai national, etc. TALK to the immigration office about your options.

2. IF you need 7 or less days to get your stuff together to leave Thailand, file another extension of stay request. It should be rejected, and you will get a 7 day extension of stay denied stamp.

ALL EXTENSION OF STAYS ARE 1,900 THB.

Other than that, your only option is to continue watching the borders and see what will happen. I don’t see any reason to keep this post open for commenting.

Thank you.
