TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation centers around seeking recommendations for visa agents in Pattaya for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV). It highlights some confusion regarding the term "full DTV," with contributors explaining that visa agents do not submit the DTV application but can help prepare documents. Key points include the necessity of meeting financial requirements for the DTV, the restriction on work under this visa, and experiences with specific visa agencies like Siam Legal.

There's no such thing as a "full DTV".

You cannot work or have ANY sort of business in Thailand or Thai citizens while having a DTV. You need a non immigrant visa+work permit if you don't want to end up being deported and with a red stamp on your passport

I guess a full DTV means you are a DIGITAL nomad, a person well experienced with the WWW.

So why you need an agent to open a website which even has a user manual, to upload a few documents?

I buy and sell cars online. Buy here, ship to the UK. I'm not clever or computer literate, I'm a mechanic, oily hands and if the computer I use isn't connected to an OBD2 port I'm already at a loss... Know your strengths...

Sorry to inform you but the DTV is not your visa option.

You run a company in Thailand, buying cars, you need the Non Immigrant B visa and a work permit.

A Thai Visa Agent cannot provide the DTV visa,.. They can assist you with the preparation for the DTV visa which YOU will SUBMIT in a foreign country using the Evisa online application system. You MUST meet the financial requirements of 500,000 Thai baht in a bank account in your name only...for the DTV visa...an AGENT can't help you with it.
