Is it normal to receive an 'under consideration' stamp with a return date in Thailand, and what paperwork is required for my return?

Recieved this stamp today says I ha e to go back 31st is this normal what paperwork do I need when I return ? If any ?thanks in advance

That's an under consideration stamp. You'll need to return on March 31. There is nothing else to bring besides your passport

is this normal ? I will have to change my flight before then bit worried if I change it and they dont give me it . Or is it just there procedure? Return 31st and they just stamp my passport

This is normal :) You will have to use the same immigration office though, you can't close it out at another immigration office.
