My friend here in Pattaya has his retirement extension renewal coming in a couple of months. He too had the wise transfer issue back in September and needs to get the kasikorn certificate of international transfer. He went to kasikorn on pattaya klang today, per my experience, however, they informed him they NO LONGER have an international services desk at that branch and the closest is at Laemchabang branch ! Not good.

To clarify, my friend and i have our accounts with Bangkok bank, back in September wise transfers went to kasikorn then to bangkok bank requiring a certificate of international transfer from kasikorn for immigration. Regular kasikorn branches do NOT provide this certificate. Only international services desk. They had one at pattaya klang. Now, evidently, they do not and directed my friend to laem chabang branch. So if anyone knows, for sure, where kasikorn has international service desk, please do inform.

you need to show a 12 month statement. And since this person is using the monthly transfers method, they need to be able to show 12 months of international transfers, which they need the Kasikorn credit advice to verify

I use Bangkok Bank which now only shows promtpay on my bank book and 12 month statement. No international transfers as before March. Immigration accepted the yearly letter from US Social Security for the cost of living adjustment.
