What should I put in my visa application regarding accommodation in Thailand when planning to stay for 743 days?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi, I got a question for the accommodation info in Thailand.
We plan to get DTV first, then stay at a hotel for 1 month, during that time and we'll find and sign a 1 year condo contract.
So I guess we'll have to put the 1 month hotel info. Duration of stay (Days) we put 30 days.
But our actual duration of stay (Days) is 743 day(s). Could anyone help with what to put in the form? Or what should we do to streamline the process based on our plan?

Remember, you can only stay 6 months at a time or 360 days with an extension. So your departure would not be 743 days, as you have to depart the country and re-enter at some point (multiple times) before 743 days pass by.
