What should I expect regarding course fee refunds if my DTV visa application is rejected under the Soft Power category for Muay Thai?
I’m planning to apply for the DTV under the Soft Power category (Muay thai)
If the visa gets rejected, do most Muay Thai gyms refuse to refund the course fee, or is it just the one I’m talking to?
Also, if you’ve been approved through a specific class or gym, please share your experience.
For reference, I’ve already been rejected twice under the Remote Worker category and am trying again under the Soft Power category.

It wouldn't be expecting a blanket refund from a rejection. If it's due to their paperwork they would probably definitely give a refund. Typically the provider supplies all the necessary paperwork and possibly a preferred embassy suggestion. But if the rejection appears to be related to financing or other things, I wouldn't count on it.

If the gym does not have a refund policy, I suggest you look for another one.

My gym always refunds when there is rejection so that seems a bit strange unless they informed you that beforehand
