Hey everyone 👋

I’m currently planning to apply for the DTV via the Soft Power route (Muay Thai).

I intend to submit the application through Issa Compass, mainly because of their money-back guarantee in case something goes wrong.

I’d love to hear your experiences:

👉 Which location is usually smoother and faster for the application – Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City?

Thanks a lot in advance for any insights 🙏
