What should I do if I encounter a 403 error when trying to upload documents for my visa application in Thailand?

Question

I've got all my documents ready, merged and compressed, covering letters etc. but I can't upload them into the system. I've entered all my information in the first 3 pages, double checked it, but when I go to upload 3,4 and 5 - current location, proof of finance and employer details, I can't upload the files. It just keeps giving me this 403 error message. Has anyone else had this? Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

A user experienced a 403 error while trying to upload required documents for their visa application in Thailand. Despite verifying their document format and size, they were unable to upload files related to current location, proof of finance, and employer details. After several attempts, including checking file sizes and clearing browser cache, the user finally succeeded after 24 hours. Community suggestions included ensuring files are in PDF format, switching browsers, disabling VPNs, and logging out and back in to the system.

Cheers everyone, I just kept persisting and finally it worked. Documents were merged and compressed (about 1.5 MB), I wasn't using a VPN, cleared cookies, refreshed....the lot. But for some reason, 24 hours later it just worked.

I guess my only advice is, there are glitches, so just keep trying.

Thanks to everyone with advice, much appreciated.

Thanks, I cleared all browsing data, cookies and refreshed the page (as per helpful comments above) It now allowed me to upload 4 and 5, finances and employer details, but it still won't allow me to upload (or drag and drop #3 - my summary and current location) so I'll keep trying to clear up, refresh etc and see if it will have a change of heart.

I've merged and compressed my pdf's so they're all under 3 MB. It's been like this for 2 days and I don't know what to do next. I've messaged them, but no answer.

If you’re using a browser other than Chrome, try switching. I find many Thai sites don’t work well with anything else.

Are your files all PDF and less than 3mb? I'd start there
