Should I fly to Hanoi and submit an additional application?

It seems like there have been some delays with the Thai visa applications in Ho Chi Minh City, possibly due to recent holidays, Weekend etc.

Reach out to the Thai embassy directly for updates. Sometimes delays can be resolved with direct communication.
