What should I do if my Thailand visa application was cancelled due to name formatting issues?

The Tr visa application looks like a real scam. Application got cancelled because Given Names are not being treated as First Name and Middle Name even after the uploaded passport bio correctly scanned it as a first name and middle name. The visa cancellation notice was that the given names in the passport should be first name only leaving middle name field blank. Why this didn't say that when we fill the godamn form ????? Now money lost, energy drained...tiring and frustrating. Is that how they treat tourists with their hard earned money ????
