Anyone else applied from Canberra embassy for their DVT? I’ve had pending approval sine Feb 4th and silence since. My flight was meant to be today and had no luck calling and emailing. So have changed my flight today which is frustrating! It seems others are getting approved closest to their travel dates but sadly not mine. Any advice what I should do?

Yes I applied 1st January, I'm still waiting though my original flight date was 22nd Feb which is how they seem to prioritise -- I really wish I booked flights leaving earlier, but 9 days does sound too short.

Although they said at the embassy it's fine to leave Australia while mine is in pending approval status, I provided the extra docs 3 weeks ago. However don't take my word for it.
