I recently went for my 1 year extension of stay based on a Thai child. I am now on an under consideration stamp. My 90 day report falls 4 days before I return to immigration so I thought I would be able to submit online. It has been rejected. I was wondering if it was because I'm on the under consideration stamp now. Am I correct in saying I have 7 days after the due date to file? Thanks in advance.

Is this your first extension because, if so, your 90 day report is not due when you say as you don't do 90 day reports on a Non-O Visa, they start with your extension?

7 days is correct, but you have to file in person.

Just return to the Thai Immigration office as requested, get your one year extension of stay stamp in your passport and file your 90 day report.
