How can I resolve issues with my 90-day online reporting and appointment system at CW in Thailand?
Hello friends,
I am trying to do a 90 day online report (I have succeeded in the past) and having a problem as shown in the attached image. Looks like they did not enter the correct date (supposed to be 13/03/2022).
Also, is the online appointment system at CW no longer working?

actually you aren't gonna "get it fixed" 😮 hundreds and perhaps thousands of people have this problem and there's nothing that the people in the 90 day reporting room can to to change the date of your extension in the data base for the online system.

That is another option; the passport holder does not need to be present to perform a 90 day report. Tod *********

or you can hope and pray like the mant thousands of people who can't use the system since they got a new extension that they actually FIX the updating of the 90 day online database Oren ******

You can only do it face-to-face OR by mail (if your immigration office allows you to do it by mail)Benjamin ******
Somewhat common; you'll need to go to the immigration office in person and submit it in person :)
