I have been issued with a thai tourist visa that shows an incorrect birthdate. Will this create an issue when in Thailand or can it be changed once I arrive has anybody else had this problem 🥹
Answer summary
If your Thai tourist visa has an incorrect birthdate, it could potentially lead to issues during travel or immigration checks in Thailand. Some users suggest that the airline may not allow boarding due to the discrepancy. It might be advisable to contact the consulate for correction before travel. Others propose that it may not be a significant issue unless flagged by the immigration officer, but caution is recommended in case of future visa extensions.

Airline might not allow you boarding. Maybe apply a new one would be best or inform the airline.
It might be an issue, depends if the immigration officer picks up on it or not. I'd ask the consulate if they can correct it. Try Facebook Messenger tomorrow when they are open

David Wilson The capture can pose a problem, difficult to distinguish I, O, one and zero. Flip the capture on untill you hit one without any of those in.
Betty Hurford Why would he want to enter and only get 30 days. I'm amusing he wants to stay longer than that as gone to the trouble of applying for a 60 day visa. Honestly 🤦♂️
