Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of applying for a Tourist visa planning to stay for 87 days.

I have a question about the proof of accommodation in Thailand. 

During this time I will be staying with a good friend of mine. She needs to write an invitation letter and I am not sure what exactly needs to be stated in that letter.

Any advice appreciated

Anyway, it's admitted and paid for and now just waiting for the Thai Embassy in The Hague here for approval. 🤞

My friend added a couple of documents to her letter but I can only upload one document for each section.

I got my girlfriend to sign a piece of paper then send it as a photo, cut and paste into the letter has worked the past 3 times, also need to upload a copy of their ID

I also added her rental contract with her name and address on it too. The condo owners house book as well. I probably gave them too much information. I just didn’t want them to ask for more details and have a delay in the approval.

I used Chatgtp to make the invitation letter for me. Had her sign it and sent it back to me. Worked great!

Just book an accommodation with free cancellation get your visa and cancel stay wherever you like but you’ll need the TM30 to get your extension

Have them right their name their thai I/d number, the address and say that they are inviting you with your passport number to stay with them for XX days from XX to XX and include a copy of their thai I/d

sorry Tod, yes I have done this multiple times with dictation as well. It always seems strange to me that the function is so weak it would actually write that. 🙂
