TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Schengen visa to visit Spain, the invitee must complete a form available on the Thailand VFS Global website, including submitting a copy of their passport or residence permit. If the invitee is related to the host, a birth or marriage certificate is also required. It's important to confirm which VFS office is handling the visa applications for Spain in Thailand.

Also check if it's VFS Global or another company that works with Spain in Thailand

There's a form available under the 'required documents' section that the invitee has to fill out together with a copy of their passport/residence permit. A copy of the birth/marriage certificate is needed if the person is related. Check out all the requirements on the Thailand VFS global site.
