My DTV just got approved from Jakarta.

Total application time: 23 days. No interview. 3 additional document requests.

Applied on 2nd March. Uploaded 3 months proof of funds, proof I'm in Indonesia, a letter from my employer stating remote work capability and salary.

10th march - request proof I'm still in Indonesia, and upload all pages of passport.

16th march - request proof of company registration and 3 months bank statement that salary was paid into.

17th march - request 3 months bank statement with salary paid into with salary payments highlighted.

25th march - visa approved.

Thank You for your helpful report 👍

Congratulations 👏👏👏

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

I applied on the 20th, knowing that it's gonna take a while because of the long public holiday during EID until the 25th. They requested additional documents from me yesterday, on the 26th & I have provided them. Hoping they'll be back to me faster.

So for your case, it was 12 Working Days in total to get it approved.

Congrats. What did you show them when they ask if you're still in Indonesia? Hotel booking is enough or flight tickets also?
