* 7 August: Application submitted in Penang, Malaysia.

* 7 Working Days later: Received request from consulate for 3 items (Full passport scan, Employer letter, Business registration).Shortly they cancel this request and get new one request with 4 interview questions instead:

* Same Day: Answered and Responded to questions within 1 hour and submit.

* 7 Working Days later (~3 PM): Sent a follow-up email explaining Malaysia entry visa expiry constraints because i need to leave malaysia in 30 days.

* Same Day (~7 PM): Status changed to *Pending Approval*.

* 30 Mins Later: APPROVED! E-visa received by email.

Bundle 1 (Financial Evidence & Main Requirements):

* Passport & Photo: Biodata page, full scan (including empty pages), and photo taken within 6 months.

* Proof of Funds (500k THB+): 6-month bank statement from a Thai Bank (Bangkok Bank) generated directly from the banking app (non-editable PDF). Showing >500k THB balance maintained and steadily increasing.

* Cover Letter & Declaration: Personal cover letter declaring work as an online indie game developer, stating no work or income generated inside Thailand, and commitment to follow all local laws.

* Steam Dashboard & Revenue Evidence: Screenshots of Steam developer dashboard (lifetime revenue, net revenue, last 28 days sales, and 6-month payment reports). *Crucial: Exact match of name, spaces, and capital letters across Steam, Passport, and Bank accounts.*

* Bank Receipts (Foreign Income): 6-month USD Bangkok Bank account statements showing incoming transfer deposits from Valve Corporation (USA) matching the Steam dashboard figures.

* Portfolio & Game Proof: Direct links to Steam store pages, sales stats, and screenshots of published games.
