Just to post my recent experience with online tm47 90 day report,  currently on covid extension, 

I was busy and submitted it after 98 days, and it was approved in 1 day after applying.

you're the second person to say that they applied AFTER the due date and got it approved.

BUT

We're sticking to the advice you have a 2 week window to apply online (14 days before the due date down until the due date) and suggesting people FIND time to apply during that window
