ORIGINAL POSTERHi, what is the time frame for changing a tourist visa to an education visa? And average cost? A nice company quoted me 6 weeks, but I only have 5 weeks left if I extend 30 days at the end of the month. (March 30 with be my 60th day).

It is usually within 2 days after you pay your school fees, then it is bt2000 at immigration.

When I did it the school fees were bt28,000 for 160 hours of instruction, and immigration fee was bt2000. If the school is charging you bt12,000 just to do the immigration work for your visa, find a different school.Reply to

I dont know about 6 weeks. If immigration issue a Non Imm ED visa they'll do it on the spot if all your paperwork from where you're studying is correct.Corey *******
