TLDR : Answer Summary
A Malaysian passport holder shares their experience applying for a Non-Immigrant O visa based on marriage at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. The application process included submitting required documents, receiving a request for additional documentation (photocopies of passport pages), and achieving final approval within a few days. The visa fees were exempt due to the applicant's nationality. Comments from others indicate similar experiences regarding processing times and fee exemptions when applying from the same embassy.
it seems that KL has their processing time back down to just a few working days (but it might just be because you're a Malay they have faster processing because usually that is a SLOW consulate)
Remember to print your PDF eVisa because that is your actual visa
