TLDR : Answer Summary
To certify a UK passport at the British Embassy in Bangkok, you need to make an appointment online. The certification is completed during the appointment, which may take a few weeks to schedule, though last-minute cancellations could allow for earlier appointments. Payment can be made by card, but not all cards are accepted, and cash must be the exact amount since no change is provided.

not all cards accepted. If you pay by cash have the exact amount, no change given and if not exact amount will not accept it. I had to run around asking people to change my notes. Another shit British service.
