I stay in Malaysia with with service sector visa. I plan to visit Thailand.. for this how I apply for visa and what's the procedure.. (fees, documents etc)

Then you must apply for a visa before traveling to Thailand. Check with the nearest embassy in Malaysia to see if they provide services to Bangladesh nationals. Also note that those from Bangladesh cannot apply for a visa extension inside of Thailand after entering with a tourist visa.
