What is the Passenger Interview Form required at Thai immigration, and will it affect future trips to Thailand?

Hi Guys! Had something to share:

Just returned to Thailand via CNX from Malaysia. I have a Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa which expires on 19th May and this is my Last Entry into Thailand on this Visa and I also don't have plans to come to Thailand for around 6 months or so. I got my Visa stamped until 11th July (60 Days), so no worries here. What surprised me was that they made me fill up a form which was called something like Passenger Interview Form (don't remember exactly) which had Super Basic Fields to be filled up like: Name, Purpose of Stay etc. which we already do on the TM6. The Immigration Officer was very polite and just asked me for the Onward Ticket which i produced (I am leaving in 38 Days). So I am not entirely sure if it is just me who is freaking out or someone else also had to fill up this Form in the past? And will this affect my Future Trips to Thailand?

Thanks for any advice on this!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shared their experience re-entering Thailand with a Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa and noted they were required to fill out a 'Passenger Interview Form' at immigration. They expressed concern about whether this requirement is common and if it might affect future visits to Thailand, despite a polite interaction with the immigration officer.
