Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to leave Thailand with my O Visa and no reentry permit. Obviously my visa will be cancelled. Im coming back to Thailand tomorrow. I’m going to have to come back in on a tourist visa exempt stamp. Has this every happened to any of you? Did immigration at the airport ask to see proof of funds or an onward plane ticket when you came back in? Did you experience any difficulties with immigration when you came back in?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about re-entering Thailand on a tourist visa after leaving the country with an O Visa and no re-entry permit, anticipating possible immigration questions about proof of funds or an onward flight ticket. Responses indicate that past experiences generally involve little to no trouble at immigration when returning to Thailand.
