What should I expect when re-entering Thailand on a tourist visa after leaving with an O Visa and no reentry permit?

Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to leave Thailand with my O Visa and no reentry permit. Obviously my visa will be cancelled. Im coming back to Thailand tomorrow. I’m going to have to come back in on a tourist visa exempt stamp. Has this every happened to any of you? Did immigration at the airport ask to see proof of funds or an onward plane ticket when you came back in? Did you experience any difficulties with immigration when you came back in?

I came over from the US end of October, and had zero issue. I'm sure they even saw that I had just come from Thailand two weeks prior. You'll be fine.
