Answer summary
A user in Phuket describes a loud blue bird that resembles a kingfisher and often makes a sound similar to "hi hi hi." While seeking identification, they receive suggestions and links, with one comment indicating it may be a river kingfisher. However, some comments humorously misconstrue the question linking it to non-immigrant visas.

Birds may be as humans as we have quite a few that are louder than others. 555

Rather than asking in a Thai visa forum, you might be better off asking here.

OPI was asking in the "and everything else" group

any question goes ok here that’s why there’s “and everything else” but I was merely pointing out that an alternative group may have a better knowledge base being specifically about Thai creatures than Thai visas. Activity
