For the DTV: Is there an exact list of what is allowed as soft power? For example, do language courses also count? Who has official info or a list???

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks clarification on what qualifies as soft power activities under the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand, particularly if language courses are included. Comments suggest that approval varies by embassy, with many not recognizing language courses as valid for DTV. It is advised to consult directly with the embassy for specific criteria, as processing times and required documentation can differ greatly.

Easiest way is Muay Thai or cooking. Fight EVO360 Thailand - Thepprasit Boxing Stadium has all the correct forms and very familiar with this visa.

Regardless of what is written on paper and/or on a website: different requirements or detailed documents can be requested at any time, depending on the processor, and the processing times can also vary. As far as I remember, it took 8 to 10 working days and two requests. In Germany.

Each embassy has their own approval criteria. You need to contact the embassy you will apply from for their approval criteria and search the relative posts in the threads. Majority of embassies do not approve language courses for the DTV as there is a visa in place for that. Someone posted of receiving a DTV via a language course in London.
