So I will try to do 1 year Non B Visa E-Extension soon. May I ask if what is the “Letter of confirmation and request for a temporary stay” document could be? What could be the additional documents I should upload?

No. Your company will have to adress the specific Immigration office in a letter containing their company letterhead. However it is okay to take the contract with you when you visit the office
