TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for filing a TM30 upon returning to your original address in Thailand vary by immigration office. Most offices require a new TM30 to be filed if you leave Thailand and return, or if you have stayed overnight elsewhere within Thailand. It is recommended to check with your local immigration office for their specific policies, as practices can change frequently. Some users report differing experiences based on their location, with some offices not requiring a new TM30 after each entry.
For my first 4 years using the Jomtien office I had to file a new one every trip. Last trip my landlord told me it’s no longer required, to just keep the old one. It changes when the wind blows. So who knows how long this will last.
That depends on the immigration office in the province you reside in, some will require a new TM 30, some will not, always best to check with your local office and what their requirements are.
That depends on your immigration office. They each have their own policy about TM30. Most require you to file a new one if you left Thailand and return. Some require it if you stayed the night somewhere else inside Thailand and returned.
