Hello beautiful DTV people. How are first entry with DTV through BKK going currently? What kind of questions they are asking, documents to see and how smooth the entry? Appreciate the feedback thanks.
Answer summary
Recent experiences shared by DTV visa holders entering Thailand through Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) indicate that the process is generally smooth, with minimal questioning. Travelers reported that they were usually only asked for their passport and, in some cases, appreciated a laminated visa and entry card. Many mentioned that carrying copies of application documents can be helpful but are not typically requested. Overall, the feedback suggests a welcoming experience with little hassle at the immigration checkpoint.

What makes you believe (and also feel the need to repeat) troll reports of problems when entering Thailand for the first time with a DTV?
I entered last week first time , Female IO and very pleasant ! Actually she loved the laminated Visa and Entry card ! And made a point of it โฆ pass the passport with Visa and Entry card and smile and be polite .. welcome to the Kingdom and ignore the key board warriors ONE LOVE โฅ๏ธ
it's both. party of 2. one is workcation, and one is muy thai softpower. i'm not concerned other than the fear mongering i see people talk about here.. specially for very first entry as US citizens.. i'd like to think just showing passport and visa alone is enough.
