just judging by your name, i'm guessing you aren't from one of the handful of asian countries (with near-zero covid) that qualify for the golf asq. but if i'm wrong, the most important thing is to choose a good caddie because you have to use the same one for the whole 2 weeks!

 you get a caddie but you have to use the same one for the whole 2 weeks, so choose carefully.

As much as you can afford it. The ASQ staff on duty, the police, your private caddy, your secretary on bed all costs money, and it's never enough.

 yea but they could have followed through with the Phuket idea, where they planned to section off a part of the beach. Could have and would have encouraged some tourism to the region.

These are the six places approved to be golf ASQ. Not sure what package is, i would suggest contacting the individual resorts.
