Question: In order to obtain a NON-B Visa I was told to certify and legalize my bachelor certificate (from Germany). I just would like to get a confirmation whether I understood the procedure correctly.

1. Go to the German embassy, get a copy of the original document and get a certify stamp. (CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL”)

2. translate in thai or english

3. go to the Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalize the document.

correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a NON-B Visa in Thailand, the procedure for certifying and legalizing your bachelor certificate from Germany involves three main steps. First, you must visit the German embassy to obtain a certified true copy of your original document. Second, you need to translate this document into Thai or English. Lastly, you must legalize the document at Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some comments suggest that if the immigration office in Bangkok requests these documents, then your understanding of the process is correct.

If Bangkok Immigration asked for it, it sound to me the correct way as you described it.

Where are you going to apply for this Non B visa? I only have seen "Proof of the applicant’s academic qualification (e.g. degree certificate)" not that this have to be certified and legalized.
