What is the best way to handle onwards travel for a 60-day Thai e-visa application?

we’ll see soon enough when I return; and I still only got a 60 day stamp in relation to my 6 month tourist visa in the Spring. What’s your source?

Paul Hurdley Immigration rarely ask for this, but many airlines do. They just want to see your booking. Nobody will launch a forensic investigation

Sam Cooper Glasses on, the guy said 60 day on arrival I thought that meant visa exempt stamp which we know is soon to be 30. Yes if he has 60 day e visa and goes to immigration during his time and ask for extension not a problem.

ZanyLion6864 Unfortunately for you there will be a problem with your airline and possibly a problem with Thai Immigration. The 30 days extention of stay has to be applied for and is only issued at the discretion of the Immigration Office where you apply, it's not a given!

James Mitchell many many times. Have you bothered to read the recent news. They're cracking down at immigration arrivals hard atm. Several reports of people being turned away for the 20k bath or equivalent AND no return or improper returns as was suggested here. Would you rather take a chance and completely ruin a yearly holiday by winging it, or do the right thing. I doubt to many people would want to possibly get locked up awaiting a return flight and completely ruin what should be a wonderful vacation if they understand the risk. Do you know what happens if you get rejected??? Now that's the question!!
