TLDR : Answer Summary
The best options for unlimited pocket Wi-Fi in Bangkok vary based on user needs and budget. Recommendations include renting pocket Wi-Fi from the airport for around 244 baht per day, using prepaid SIM cards from AIS or Dtac which offer good coverage and packages, or exploring eSIM options such as from Jetpac or Mobimatter for affordable and high-speed data. While many users suggest mobile hotspots using phones with good plans, traditional pocket Wi-Fi is still available.
I use a cheap Vivo dual sim phone as a hotspot for me and my gf.
Abroad I buy a sim card from the countries and put the cards in the Vivo.
In hotels I switch off the hotspot on the Vivo, the other phones will automatically switch to the hotel wifi.

Dtac Travel simcard with Unlimited Data is the best. Is pretty cheap and is worth it. Together with AIS the best coverage all over Thailand. And Dtac also has packages for going to other Asian countries!

Try Jetpac esim. very affordable prices and very fast data speeds! Amazing customer service! Plus the best part is - free lounge access if flights delayed! Nobody else offers this โฆ all with 7-12$ bundles! if interested, search jetpac global on google
