Good morning

I’m due to renew my volunteer wp and visa.

The company I do this through has advised me to pay an additional 1600B. I’m not sure what it’s about but I attached a pic they sent as an example. I’m dealing with a thai lady with broken English. If someone can advise me I’d really appreciate it.

Thank you in advance 🙏🏻
