What information should I provide for the TDAC when returning to Thailand on a DTV visa?

After some insight in regard to the TDAC. I have an active DTV visa, which it’s my first six months into it so have gone to Bali to see some friends for a few days and return.
What am I supposed to put down for these questions? Purpose of travel? I am returning home.. I live in Phuket.. Date of departure and flight number? I don’t know. Once again I am returning to my home in Phuket lol.

Dtv is a longer term Tourist visa, so your purpose of travel is tourism.

When you know that flight you are getting fill it in! Your purpose for returning is whatever you applied under DTV.

Mode of transport: since you're coming from Bali, it will be air and put down your flight number.
For me, I put down my car license plate (the English version of it since the system doesn't accept Thai).

I wish I could be a perpetual tourist, but nah. I have to work 8 hours a day from M to F and even some weekends. Said, so I wrote "Others, remote work". And yes, I understand that some other people are on a workcation mode/freelancer mode. In my case it's just a regular full-time job for a regular company, with fixed hours, so choosing Tourism would be inaccurate at best.Anonymous *************

I’m under remote work but the foreign company I am employed to is that of my own. You could say I freelance but I wouldn’t say I’m on a workcation.
I’m having to fill this TDAC out so I can return back to my home in Phuket where my girlfriend and my dog is waiting for me. I brought my dog to Thailand, from Australia. He couldn’t go back directly. I would never of brought him over if I was on a workcation.
And I only leave Thailand every 6 months because I have to, it’s annoying. It’s not to avoid becoming a tax resident, I don’t care if I had to pay tax as I can pay myself personally very little.

As for purpose, choose Other: Living in Phuket (or whatever you want to write, you can write anything). Don't forget to write your visa number on the form.
In my last entry, which was the first after the introduction of the TDAC, I chose Other: Working remotely from Thailand. I'm on a DTV granted on a remote job basis.
