What happens if I am denied entry into Thailand on a DTV visa after traveling abroad for a week?

Hi friends, 
For the DTV visa if I decide to go out of the country to a nearby country for vacation for one week and come back in on my DTV and they deny me entry what happens then? What happens to my condo that I lease for a year and all the belongings in it? Thank you.

Is there any possible reason you can think of that would cause them to do so. Have you done anything wrong or acted like an ass while you were here? If not, why worry? You sound paranoid and there's usually something behind that.

Real world answer - if you can’t get back in and you have a home and belongings here, you will either sit in the country you were trying to enter from and try to resolve the situation (like by getting another visa, working with an agent etc) or pay a logistics company to ship your stuff home If you can’t. (Or abandon them, but I assume you don’t want to do that if you’re asking). You will owe your condo fees til the end of the lease unless you have a break lease clause (in which case it might just be forfeiture of deposit) but the owners may not pursue that if your goods are worth more and left behind, and it’s also hard for them to chase  you for it once you’re out of the country.

I’ve been in and out of the Kingdom about 12 times now on DTV.

No problems (except the pesky TDAC) at all.

Why would they deny entry?

If anyone is denied entry, usually they just try again somewhere else.  Or pay a Safe Entry agent to make sure they can get back in next time.
